OPTIMIZATION OF CUCUMBERS COOLING CONDITIONS
 
The article considers the ways of determination of dynamic parameters of food products. There has been analyzed the application of regressive algorithm of the research subject’s parameters determination on the example of research data processing. The optimal regimes of cucumbers cooling have been defined.
