RATIONING OF PHYSIOLOGICAL NEEDS OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN MACRONUTRIENTS
The article presents the research results of daily physiological norms analysis in nutrients and energy for 4–6 year-old children in Ukraine, Russia and Byelorussia. The necessity for domestic norms revision, taking into account world experience, which will allow developing recommendations on diet rations optimization for preschool establishments taking into account modern necessities of child's organism, has been grounded.
