DEVELOPMENT OF LOGISTIC STRATEGY OF TRADE ENTERPRISES
The article offers an approach to formation of parameters of logistic strategy of a trade enterprise by analytical method by means of mathematical tools. The approach offered in the article allows establishing target indicators of logistic activity management, generating model of influence of internal and external environment of logistic system on results of logistic activity management, evaluating the degree of necessary changes in factors by which the logistic system will reach target parameters.
