The article analyzes statistical information which characterizes the state and trends of domestic trade business development. There have been determined the problems of trade enterprises management under globalization and world economic crisis. Pre-conditions of introduction of controlling in domestic trade enterprises management in order to increase the efficiency of their management are grounded.
