The article carries out comparative estimation of economic-commodity properties of pumpkins zoned in the territory of Polissia, with long-term grade researching data from the south of Ukraine. Warm procurement degree of different pumpkins grades is defined, their chemical compound and culinary properties caused by genetic influence and ontogenesis features are analyzed.
