ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF FREEZING AND STORAGE OF TABLE GRAPE
There has been presented the calculation of profitability and economic efficiency of freezing and storage of table grapes of the "Pink Shasla", "Moldova" and "Original" sorts during 3, 6 and 8 months. It was determined that the sort "Moldova" had the highest not only economic but also general efficiency, taking into account the fact that the consumer is ready to pay higher price for the grapes of higher quality.
