NEW KINDS OF FUNCTIONAL SANDWICH PASTES ON THE BASE OF LACTOSERUM PROCESSING PRODUCTS
 
There have been developed new recipes of two series of sandwich pastes for the sportsmen – low-calorie (Energy mix) and high-calorie (Energy mix plus) on the basis of protein concentrate of lactoserum. Each series has been enriched with functional compositions (biologically active substances) which influence the processes of oil oxidation and energy formation, as well as influence the normalization of central nervous system work, strengthen immunity, improve the work of the most organs – brain, heart, kidneys, liver, etc.
