TECHNOLOGY OF MILK AND VEGETABLE DRINKS WITH RADIO-PROTECTIVE EFFECT
Dairy and vegetable beverages with radio-rotective function are developed. Chemical composition and organoleptic value are investigated. The developed samples of drinks satisfy the daily need in nutrients that have radio-protective effect by 15-20%. The designed drinks are recommended for consumption by employees of the zone of alienation and those who live in environmentally polluted area.
